Claims


Garner Wharf is obliged to deliver goods free of defects to the Customer. Before delivery to the Customer, the Customer’s ordered goods undergo a detailed quality and quantity inspection.
The Customer may file a complaint using any Internet messenger, phone or in written form to the company’s mailing address using the contact form on the Garner Wharf website.

Information whether a complaint has been recognized or rejected shall be sent to the Customer’s correspondence address or in any other way, stated by the Customer.

Cancelation of an order proceeds as follows:
- Garner Wharf has not commenced production –a 100% return of PayPal costs
- Garner Wharf has commenced the production stage – The Customer pays for the completed pieces of furniture calculated on the basis of internal production documents + PayPal costs are approx. 4%.
